Luscious Lemon Blueberry Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 package (18.25 ounces) white cake mix
• 1 can (15.75 ounces) Comstock® or Wilderness® Lemon Pie Filling
• 1 package (0.3 ounces) sugar-free lemon gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 can (21 ounces) Comstock® or Wilderness® Blueberry Filling and Topping Whipped topping

Instructions:

1. Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package for a 13" x 9" baking pan. Remove from oven.
2. Immediately poke holes down through cake to pan with round handle of wooden spoon. Holes should be at 1-inch intervals.
3. Stir gelatin and boiling water in bowl until gelatin dissolves.
4. Stir in lemon pie filling until combined.
5. Immediately pour over warm cake allowing pie filling mix to seep down into holes. Spoon blueberry filling and topping evenly over cake.
6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Cut into pieces and serve with a dollop of whipped topping.

Makes 24 servings.

Make Easter Extra "Egg-Citing" with These Seasonal Ideas

Decorate your holiday tablecloth beautifully with this fun and crafty game. (You'll need at least two people.) Take a disposable white or pastel paper tablecloth (available at party supply stores) and lay it over a plastic or vinyl cloth on your table.) Dip hard-boiled eggs into a variety of bright washable paint colors and roll the eggs across the table from person to person. You'll end up with a pretty, criss-cross pattern, and have lots of fun to boot. When the paint is completely dry, set the table as usual.

Instead of floral centerpieces, use small potted bulb plants like tulips, paperwhites, crocuses or daffodils) to decorate your holiday table. Then, when the ground is soft enough, replant them in your garden or window boxes.

Use brightly colored cellophane wrap to turn ordinary white paper platters into festive serving trays.
