Cherry Peach Bavarian

Ingredients:

1  package (3 ounces) peach gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ice cubes
1  cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1  package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ice cubes
1  can (21 ounces) Comstock® or Wilderness® More Fruit Cherry Fruit Filling

Directions:

1. In medium mixing bowl, dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Refrigerate 10 minutes until slightly jelled.
3. Fold in whipped topping, coconut and nuts. Lightly spray inside of gelatin mold with non-stick cooking spray. Pour peach gelatin mixture into mold and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
4. In another bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water, stirring 2 to 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until melted.
5. Stir in cherry fruit filling. Pour over peach mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm; unmold.

Makes 12 servings
