Blueberry Crumble Pie

Ingredients:

1 graham cracker 8” pie crust
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
3  Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1  can (21 oz.) Comstock® or Wilderness® More Fruit Blueberry Fruit Filling or Topping
1 egg yolk, beaten

Directions:

1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk; set on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375ºF oven for 5 minutes or until light brown. Pour fruit filling into crust. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and oats; mix in melted butter or margarine. Spoon over fruit filling. Bake about 35 minutes longer or until filling is bubbly and topping is browned. Cool.

Makes 6-8 servings
