For wonderful new flavors, try seasoning your Freshlike veggies with herbs or spices. You can use fresh or dried herbs and spices—just season to taste—or, combine herbs with other ingredients (lemon juice, minced garlic, freshly cracked black pepper) for unique flavors. Cheesy Basil Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon basil; brush on just before serving.
Southwestern Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder; brush on just before serving
Lemon Honey Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 teaspoons honey, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice; brush on just before serving.
Lemon Basil Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil.
Mustard Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon sugar, and a pinch of salt; whip well.
Garlic Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, and a dash of pepper.
Horseradish Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 teaspoons of prepared horseradish
Parsley Butter
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
