Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
Core cabbage to easily remove 8 leaves. Place them in pan or bowl. Pour boiling water over them and let stand until they are pliable. Remove from water; cut away thick stem part. Spoon hash on each leaf. Fold over sides of each leaf and roll up. Place in buttered baking dish, seam side down. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cover with lid or foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min., or until cabbage is tender.
