Italian Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients
Place roast slices in a medium mixing bowl. Pour 1/4 cup of dressing over meat; cover, and refrigerate at least 45 minutes or up to 8 hours. In a medium frying pan, heat remaining dressing. Add onions; sauté until almost tender. Add cabbage, salt, and pepper; stir and sauté until tender. Place cabbage in a serving bowl. In the same frying pan, cook meat slices 10 to 15 minutes, or until tested done. Place meat on kaiser roll, top with cabbage, and spread with mustard if desired.
