Southwest Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. cilantro
- 1 lb. pre-cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. Sugar or Artificial Sweetener
- 6 oz Bernstein’s Italian Dressing and Marinade
Directions - In bowl combine cilantro, tomato, chiles, onions, hot pepper sauce, sugar, and italian dressing
- Use as a dip for Shrimp
