Tuna Spiral with Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 6 1/2 oz. can tuna, packed in water
- 2 tablespoons Nalley's Sweet Banquet Relish
- 2 tablespoons Nalley's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped red pepper
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup milk
Combine first five ingredients together in a small bowl. Dough: stir milk and biscuit mix together. Place mixture onto floured surface and knead 8-10 times. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Spread filling out to edges. Roll as jelly roll. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. To serve, bring 1 can cheddar cheese soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk to boil. Pour over tuna spiral and serve. 3-4 servings.
