Fondue
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup shredded process American cheese
- 1 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root*
- 1/2 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped
*Can use 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger. Combine milk and cheese in saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until smooth. Blend in mayonnaise. Blend in rest of ingredients; stir and heat just until warm. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit (apple or pear wedges, pineapple, or papaya cubes). Makes 2 cups.
