Turkey Salad Tacos
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bernsteins' Herb Garden French Dressing
- 2 cups cold cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 tablespoons green pepper or chili pepper, minced
- 1 small onion, minced (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 pre-crisped taco shells
- 1 tomato, cut in small wedges
Blend together dressing, turkey, green pepper, onion and salt. Spoon turkey mixture into taco shells and top with lettuce and a sprinkling of cheese. Serve garnished with a tomato wedge. Additional Herb Garden French Dressing or hot sauce may be served for table seasoning if desired. Serves 4-6.
