Is there really a "Tim"?
Yes, Tim Kennedy is the founder (and General Manager) of Tim's Cascade Style Potato Chips.

What is your current market area?
Tim's Cascade Potato Chips currently markets product through independent distributors in Alaska, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Hawaii and California.

How can we get your product if we live outside of your market area?
We are happy to ground freight orders to customers who are outside of our distribution areas. To place an order, call 1-800-533-8467, ext. 2133.

What is the shelf life of Tim's products?
We take immense pride in the freshness of our product. All items are guaranteed until the expiration date which is stamped on the front of the bag. Generally, our potato chips have a shelf life of 11 weeks and our Erin's brand products are typically 14 to 18 weeks.

Why does Tim's Cascade cook their potato chips in peanut oil?
We have found that the premium quality of peanut oil produces a chip that has more real potato flavor, and it gives our chips an extra crispy texture.

What are the most popular potato chip flavors?
Our regular potato chip is #1 with Jalapeno at #2 and Maui Onion at #3.

How do I submit a suggestion for a new flavor of potato chips?
We very much appreciate your interest in Tim's Cascade Chips; however, we are unable to accept unsolicited ideas. We have an internal staff who review and study new flavors. Because of this, we would not want any confusion about ideas brought forth from the public.

What other products does Tim's produce besides potato chips?
Tim's produces a premium line of Erin's Gourmet Popcorn, including gourmet caramel corn. We also produce cheez'd flavored Korn Kurls under the Tim's label.
